The Cairn Terrier is a small but extremely distinctive Scottish terrier, characterized by intelligence, courage, curiosity and a lively temperament. Although its size may make it look like a “lapdog”, it is in fact a true terrier: independent, energetic, determined and endowed with a strong hunting instinct.
